I know that God led me here to this story to give me encouragement through this tough time. I am so grateful that I have seen the exact expression through your words of how I feel about my relationship because I have so longed for and needed to understand what it is I am going through and the intensity that is involved. I have wanted to zone out and be emotionless and not feel because going that deep with a person really hurts. I've wanted to give up, and was actually looking for a reason to give up and throw in the towel, but instead, reading this article gave me hope and something more to hold on to.
