		<description>The United States does need some type of prison reform.  You have people that rob banks and get 45 years in prison.  But you can have someone to rob a company of millions and get probation.  However, I do feel that it doesn&#039;t matter of age or education, you know wrong from right. Is 45 years harsh for a drug offense, I think so.</description>
